Yesterday's COME DANCE session was MAGIC, ABSOLUTELY frikkin' AMAZING!  

To me, it felt like a constellation of all experiences/aspects of humanity showing up in one place and time. 

OUR community, dancing together, every generation, with the welcome invitation for us all to be true with who we are and what is present. There is no better way to do that, than through the felt-sense of our body.  A space held, can only go as deep as the space holder has themselves.  And yesterday, was DEEP. 

Ticks all the boxes for me. 

A place to dance, a place to integrate, a place to release, a place to connect.  90 minutes of THE BEST music choices, un-intrusive and perfect guidance and suggestions, GREAT facilitation from Maria Carin, conscious, aware community, a great venue.  And, it's all in the morning (this, a total fit for me), a Dance Prayer on a Sunday, YES!!
