These sessions are designed to help you:
Cook with confidence and ease
Learn simple, flavourful recipes for everyday life or special occasions
Feel energised, relaxed, and inspired in the kitchen
We start with a gentle body warm-up to shake off stress and connect with yourself — because cooking is more than following recipes, it’s a practice of self-care and presence.
You’ll receive a shopping list in advance, then we cook together step by step. I guide you through each part of the process, making it simple, joyful, and delicious.

I think every ‘body’ benefits when we eat more plant-based wholefoods.
The emotionally positive impact of eating more plant-based foods also on your system ripples into your environment.
I believe the planet is crying out for a reduction in the consumption of animals and their products.
When it comes to land use, livestock-related farming is the biggest contributor to climate change.
By reducing the consumption of animals or their products, the environment is greatly supported. Fact.
That doesn’t mean you have to become 100% vegan.
It’s more about moving towards a more plant-based diet.
If we all ate more plant-based food, the world would be a better place.
