We begin with a gentle body warm-up to release stress and ground into presence. Because cooking isn't just about following recipes—it's a practice of self-care, creativity, and connection.
Then we cook together, step by step, creating simple yet flavourful dishes you'll want to make again and again.

Cook 2-3 complete recipes together

After the class: Take home recipes, skills, and a delicious meal
