Welcome to the MIDSUMMER DANCE TEMPLE with MC & Shanti!
A ritual space dedicated to dance, mid-summer and sunny, warm, close connections.
Join us for a Sunday afternoon’s moving dreaming, to celebrate the fullness and joy of summer.
Shanti will guide with a Tantric meditative practice to connect ourselves and each other to the summer energies of gratitude, relaxation and life in the light.
MC will take us through a journey of lush abundant tunes to support playfulness, energetic or physical intimacy through movement, breath and sound and delicious connection.
A tribal celebration of the 5-Valleys and beyond. You are welcome. Come and celebrate the Sun with us!

Shanti:
Shanti has been practising Tantra for 25 years. She is Mama, Healer, Mover, Somatic Educator, Artist and a Creative. She is intuitive, playful, a tribal gatherer and a little bit witchy. She holds regular Tantric Nights and Temple Nights. www.templenights.co.uk
