TOGETHER — a ZeroOne movement weekend dance workshop in Stroud, UK with Adam Barley (ZeroOne) and Maria-Carin Gala (Come Dance Stroud).

You are warmly invited to join a weekend of dance, connection, movement meditation and community.

Together we will learn and use the principles of ZeroOne Movement to move through our inner and outer terrain to explore and discover magic and mystery of our dancing bodies, and life. We help each other by doing this together.

Surrender to the dance, relax, release, rejuvenate, replenish into this experi/ence/ment.

No dance experience necessary this is a dance movement lab.

Saturday 10 am - 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr lunch break)

Sunday 11 am - 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr lunch break)
