TOGETHER — a  ZeroOne movement weekend dance workshop in Stroud, UK with Adam Barley (ZeroOne) and Maria-Carin Gala (Come Dance Stroud and mcgala.com)

You are warmly invited to join a weekend of dance, connection, movement meditation and community.

We are over the moon to bring this collaborative weekend to you, particularly because of the challenging times we are in, and the personal challenges we've faced over the last two years. 

Together we will learn and use the principles of ZeroOne Movement to move through our inner and outer terrain to explore and discover magic and mystery of our dancing bodies. 

Surrender to the dance, relax, release, rejuvenate, replenish into this experi/ence/ment.

Give a little to the glue of community, learn from each other, see deeply and love what's here.

Light, dark, focus, fun, breath, love.

No dance experience necessary; this is a dance movement lab.

For all bodies, abilities, genders and backgrounds.

11 April, Saturday 10 am - 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr lunch break)

12 April, Sunday 10 am - 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr  lunch break)
