Welcome to the new monthly online cooking classes, where we will cook recipes from my plant-based and gluten-free cookbook Lick Your Plate!
The recipes will be chosen for the European seasons but always with options to adjust them to for example people in the Southern Hemisphere, dear Aussie friends I’d love you to join too.
I’m offering these classes because we need to be nourished and healthy when we are creating the change the world needs now.

Next dates are:
Saturday 18th October, 9-11 am London / 7-9 pm Sydney
Saturday 22nd November, 9-11 am London / 8-10 pm Sydney
Saturday 20th December, 9-11 am London / 8-10 pm Sydney
Further 2026 dates to be announced.
On Saturday October 18th it will be well and truly autumnal over here in the UK and coming up to spring in Australia. I endeavour to offer recipes to suit both locations, because most you are from those two locations, as I used to live in Australia where I wrote my cookbook and now live in the UK.

Roasted Garlic and Cauliflower Soup with Parsley and Black Pepper (page. 142)
And optional for those that can handle doing a third recipes we will make the White Chocolate Bliss Balls! (Page. 282)
