These classes are about more than just cooking — they're about using Food As Medicine to fuel your life, so you can show up as the person the world needs right now. And it's proven: when we eat more plants, we all benefit — our health, the animals, and the planet. You don’t have to be vegan to eat more vegan food, I’m not.
