Join Maria-Carin Gala and the global dance community (you!) for a 1-hour passionately guided dance practice — a space to MOVE, BREATHE, FEEL, and EXPRESS — TOGETHER!
Who it’s for: All bodies, ages, genders, levels, and backgrounds. Even if you think you can’t dance, just come as you are, move however you want — unapologetically YOU.
What to expect:
Short arrival check-in
Guided movement journey with music and prompts to help you drop in
Music to support a journey of deep listening, flying high and letting loose, with heartfelt rhythms to regulate, but never too safe with enough surprise
Space to move your body, mind, and soul
Closing together to ground and integrate
