Welcome to my new monthly online cooking classes, where we will cook recipes from my plant-based and gluten-free cookbook Lick Your Plate!
If you need to make this more affordable for you, please feel free to invite a friend or two to join you. This is in fact encouraged and helps you share the cost (and benefit) of the class.
I’m offering these classes because we need to be nourished and healthy when we are creating the change the world needs now. It’s also proven that if we all ate more plants, then the food system, animals (including us) and the planet will benefit.
